Concept work for a small-format magazine for customers of M&S.
This A5, full-dummy issue of My Magazine was produced for a presentation to M&S. Alongside the magazine, a fully functioning WordPress website and digital tablet edition was also produced.
The My Magazine title was intended to give staff ownership. A news section features a mixture of M&S-specific stories as well as news from competitors and the latest in consumer trends. This all underline the magazine as being useful, informative and authentic.
Subject matter would have tackled important, and sometimes sensitive wellbeing and lifestyle issues that reflected the personal and working lives of employees.
Social and corporate responsibility was to be a key ingredient in content and would tie-in with their Plan A initiative.
