This microsite was developed for RBS to allow employees that had been switched to Challenger bank Williams & Glyn to return to RBS after it was decided that the move would not go ahead.
The site was a comprehensive guide to the differences in terms and conditions between the two banks and explained how these changes would impact each employee.
The site was created as a stop-gap until RBS’ intranet could be updated with the relevant information and was very well received, and regularly used by around five thousand employees during the time it was live.
The look and feel of the site was aligned with RBS’ digital brand guidelines.
